KYW Newsradio came to the Historic Philadelphia Center just before the Presidents’ Day holiday to see George and Martha Washington prepare for the holiday festivities. Martha talked about the first public celebration of her husband’s birthday at Valley Forge in the winter of 1778, and how she provided entertainment to boost morale of the troops. Today visitors to Historic Philadelphia can see a more modern entertainment at Liberty 360, the first 360-degree 3D film that celebrates American symbols of liberty. See the story here.
