Step Up to the Plate, a partnership of Broad Street Ministry, Prevention Point Philadelphia, Project Home and SEMAAC, is a food service distribution program begun in April 2020 to help individuals and families experiencing food or housing insecurity during the pandemic. NBC10 has the story.
